Prajna Yoga, located in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, offers some of the finest yoga education in the United States. Tias Little and his wife Surya are the founders of Prajna Yoga. The heart of the Prajna Yoga practice involves asana with a focus on internal alignment, mindfulness and flow. Tias’s teachings include a background in Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga, as well as Buddhist meditation and Zen training. He draws from his experience in somatics, massage therapy, cranial-sacral therapy, and anatomy training, as well as a deep understanding of Eastern philosophy. Surya has been a devoted student and teacher of yoga - Ashtanga and Iyengar, macrobiotic healing and the healing arts for more than 20 years. Together they emphasize anatomical study with a focus on structural integration.
