Quick Oats + Cinnamon Breakfast Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

* 1 1/4 cup of water (300ml)
* 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of quick oats (10 grams)
* 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (7 grams)
* 1 tablespoon of finely chopped 100% cacao
* 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the water, quick oats, and cinnamon in a pot and boil for 1 minute.
2. While the water boils place the brown sugar and 100% chocolate in a blender.
3. When water boils, pour water into the blender and blend until the oats and chocolate are not visible.
4. Pour through a sieve into a cup.
