LIVE + ONLINE PRIVATE SESSIONS

Individual instruction in the form of online private sessions offers you the opportunity to address specific concerns, conditions, or intentions in a way that is customized to best meet your needs and goals. These sessions can range from 30-90 minutes, and cover a wide range of focuses - from clarifying (or re-igniting!) your home practice, to working with injuries or pain, strength and mobility, or learning how to manage stress with movement.

In these private sessions, I bring in a custom combination of the modalities to best serve your individual needs and preferences. Each of us is unique in our structure and our histories; our yoga and movement practices should be able to accommodate and reflect that. This isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ fix.

  • A commitment of at least 4 sessions is encouraged.

  • Recordings of the online sessions are shared with you after each class.
